Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is quieting, supportive and a deeply nourishing practice. The poses are done lying passively over props such as a bolsters, blankets and blocks. Restorative yoga is a highly therapeutic practice that helps release tension from the body and promotes relaxation.
